When choosing a certificate for digital signing and sealing, you must designate at least one federal, state or local government agency that you will use your certificate to interact with. We have worked with these agencies to determine the type of certificate(s) you can use with their application. If you do not see the agency on the list-don't worry, just select My Agency is not Listed. You will have an opportunity to provide the agency information and we will work with them to add them to our list and approve your certificate application.
Please be aware that if you need a certificate to sign PDF documents via Adobe Reader® or Adobe Acrobat®, we recommend purchasing certificates with the suffix "Trusted by Adobe®". These certificates provide instant certificate validation upon opening signed PDF documents.
