If you aren't able to verify my home address or evening phone number, what documents do you need me to provide?



Answer:

Address and phone verification are a necessary part of the identity verification need to obtain a digital certificate. If you receive an email requesting documentation, be sure to send either the original, or a notarized copy of the document.

Accepted documents are:
  • Driver's license or state ID
  • Utility bill dated in the last 30 days
  • Phone bill dated in the last 30 days
  • Rental agreement
Other documents can be reviewed on a case by case basis.
