Pro Notary

Partner Bio

Pro Notary provides a cloud-based platform that bridges the gap of distance and time for all signing parties involved. Through a convenient and easy to use remote online signing solution businesses can now notarize documents online from virtually anywhere in the world.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) is a technology-driven process that allows the signer to appear before the notary over a live audio-video feed when executing digital documents. IdenTrust and Pro Notary have partnered to offer a Digital Certificate (Signature) for use when conducting RON’s on the Pro Notary platform.

Choosing Your Certificate

All notary publics who use the Pro Notary platform are required to have an IGC Notaries | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage certificate which is used to digitally sign each notarized document. Once a digital signature is applied, the electronic document is encrypted and sealed to protect against tampering, to allow individuals to authenticate themselves as a notary and to provide non-repudiation for relying parties.

IGC Certificates

  • IGC Notaries | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage
  • Require that the applicant provide proof of identity and in the case of the affiliated certificate, proof of organization affiliation.

Simply select BUY NOW and the IdenTrust Certificate Selection Wizard will assist you in choosing a certificate that is accepted by Pro Notary and will also meet your business needs.

Applications for IGC Notaries | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage certificates use an automated process that usually takes 24 hours.
