NeoDeck Holdings has partnered with IdenTrust to provide identity proofing for electronic prescribing of drugs and to issue digital certificates for controlled substances (EPCS). IdenTrust will issue digital certificates used to digitally sign and electronically transmit controlled substance prescriptions.
Before you begin your application, you must have a NeoMed Prescriber license.
Please, visit NeoDeck Holdings website at Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) - NeoMed Public Space - NeoDeck Holdings (atlassian.net) for more information and how to get started.
Choosing Your Certificate
Identity Proofing and Digital Certificate Prescribers must first register for EPCS with NeoDeck Holdings and then obtain an electronic certificate from IdenTrust.
For Identity-Proofing Only
Prescribers that need to meet identity proofing requirements only and that will not be submitting EPCS-compliant prescriptions will opt to purchase an IGC Prescribing | Basic Assurance | Individual Identity | Software Storage | Identity Proofing Only certificate. You may choose this certificate option when you choose BUY NOW to access the Certificate Selection Wizard.
For EPCS with Mobile Authentication using HID Approve
After you've registered with NeoDeck Holdings, you will be required to use an IGC Prescribing | Basic Assurance | Individual | Software Storage | Mobile Authentication certificate. You can select this option when you press the BUY NOW button to access the Certificate Selection Wizard.
For New Or Certificate Renewal
If you are in need of a new certificate or renewal please contact NeoDeck Holdings support by opening a ticket on the Help Center - NeoDeck Holdings Official Website or via email at [email protected].
Please note: ONLY THE SUBSCRIBER OF THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE - THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE IS YOUR FORM OF IDENTIFICATION, SIMILAR TO YOUR PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LICENSE. Under the Certificate Policies governing the issuance and use of certificates offered by IdenTrust, it is our responsibility as an Authorized Certification Authority to revoke the certificate in a case of loss or disclosure of the private key (Password) to anyone other than the subscriber.
