EPCS Identity Verification — Instructions for Binsera Prescribers

Binsera prescribers who wish to electronically prescribe controlled substances must complete identity verification and all applicable EPCS enrollment requirements.

Steps to Complete Identity Verification:

  1. Begin the IdenTrust enrollment process using the enrollment link provided on this partner page.
  2. Enter your legal name and professional information exactly as they appear on your government-issued identification and professional records.
  3. Follow IdenTrust's instructions to complete identity verification and any required credential issuance steps.
  4. Retain your enrollment confirmation and follow any additional instructions provided by IdenTrust.
  5. Contact Binsera Support after completing the IdenTrust process for assistance with the remaining EPCS setup and activation requirements.

Important Information:

Completing identity verification does not automatically enable controlled substance prescribing. Prescribers must also satisfy applicable DEA requirements, two-factor authentication, and EPCS access authorization before prescribing controlled substances electronically.
