IdenTrust offers two deployment models to meet your business needs:
The self-service model allows small to medium-sized financial institutions to purchase certificates individually from the IdenTrust website. Vouchers can also be purchased to aid in the management of acquiring certificates. This model is best suited to organizations with one (1) to fifty (50) users.
This model allows financial organizations with a large number of users and/or those with a desire to manage the certificate provisioning process directly, to use a SaaS platform. This model is best suited to organizations with at least 100 users.

Applications made easy
In a self-service model, IdenTrust executes all of the identity vetting functions necessary to approve and issue certificates. Financial institutions with a small to medium-sized number of users can purchase TrustID certificates from the IdenTrust website, following a simple 3 step process:
- Apply and Pay
Complete your online application and provide payment information.
- Await Authentication
An IdenTrust Registration Agent will validate your information, approve your application and send you an electronic Welcome Letter. This process typically takes approximately three (3) business days and is generally completed within five (5) business days at most.
- Retrieve and Activate
Your Welcome Letter will instruct you how to retrieve your server certificate, so that you can install it on your server.
In this model, the price of the certificate will vary depending on the type of certificate that you choose. Validity periods are offered in one (1) year increments for all types of certificates.

In the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform model, companies with a large volume operation and/or those with a desire to manage the certificate provisioning process directly, can deploy the IdenTrust Trust SourceTM platform. The web-based Trust SourceTM platform offers multiple configurable modules deployed in the enterprise environment to issue and manage all lifecycle events for digital certificates.
