What if I made a mistake during the online registration?

To maintain the integrity of the information provided to IdenTrust, we are unable to make any alterations to the details entered during the online registration process.

If you find do find a mistake that must be correct, please cancel the application and submit a new application for processing.
  • You may contact our Helpdesk at 888-248-4447 to request the application be cancelled.
  • New paperwork will be required to match the details of the new application you submit.
