I went to the notary and sent you the forms - why do I need to send in a copy of my ID(s)?



Answer:

Sometimes the required ID fields are missing details, such as the legal name, issue/expire date or document title. A copy of your ID is needed to confirm the missing details and authenticate your identity.

If the details cannot be authenticated, a new Part 2 form will be requested.

If the serial/unique number is missing from the field, a new Part 2 form must be completed and sent in for processing. The original or notarized copy of the original document(s) should be sent to:
