Using this certified process will provide secure electronic prescription submission for your patients over the internet, using the CliniComp | EHR application. This will allow you to send to any participating pharmacy that will accept electronic prescriptions providing local service for your patients. Controlled substance prescriptions will also be supported with this system providing a secure and immediate transmission to the desired pharmacy.
Follow the steps below to complete your application to obtain the token device and registration needed to become an e-Prescriber within the CliniComp | EHR system.
Please note: ONLY THE SUBSCRIBER OF THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THEIR TOKEN - THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE IS YOUR FORM OF IDENTIFICATION, SIMILAR TO YOUR PASSPORT OR DRIVER’S LICENSE. Under the IGC Certificate Policy, it is our responsibility as an Authorized Certification Authority to revoke the certificate in a case of loss or disclosure of the private key (Password) to anyone other than the subscriber.

When selecting Hardware Type, select SafeNet OTP Token (add $68.00 USD) for CliniComp approved hardware. An OTP Service license ($60.00) is required with the OTP Token and will be added to your purchase (total add $128.00).
Please note for EPCS signatures, utilization of two-factor authentication (2FA) is required by the DEA.
*Hardware certificates must be retrieved using Internet Explorer. Once retrieved, you may use your hardware certificate with any application that supports standard x.509 certificates.
