Prices for all certificates cover the annual subscription fee and issuance of a signing certificate. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling.
For Intermediate and High Assurance Certificates, there is the option to select the issuance of an encryption certificate.

Storage Mechanism Pricing
High and Intermediate Assurance Certificate subscribers will need the hardware required by the Washington State Certificate Policy for strong protection of the subscriber's private keys (USB or smart card and reader).
For subscribers needing this hardware, the cost of the hardware will be included in the total price. We deliver the hardware to approved certificate applicants along with the other information necessary to install the certificates and keys.
