Certificate Chain Download Instructions for Netscape Navigator
Before you can use your digital certificate, you must install the Root Certificate Chain in your Netscape browser. Print this page, and then click the link at the bottom of this page to install the Root Certificate Chain in your browser.
Follow these instructions as you navigate through each window.

1. In the "Name:" box, type IdenTrust Root CA X4 2. Click Finish. |
| The Root Certificate Chain installation is complete! |
Click the "Back" button and continue with your application. |

Note: if you are having trouble installing the Netscape Navigator Root Certificate Chain file above, you may choose to install the individual certificates instead.
