We recommend printing these instructions prior to starting the download process.
Note: The Roaming Client software can only be used with an IdenTrust Roaming Certificate. You should not install it unless you have previously purchased a Roaming Certificate.
In order to use your Roaming Certificate on a workstation that does not have the Roaming Client installed, you must perform a small installation process. The process is slightly different depending on which Web Browser you are using. This process will require administrative rights. If you do not have administrative rights to install software on your PC, contact your local system administrator to assist you.
Please select your browser and follow the instructions for downloading and installing the Roaming Client:

Upgrade Instructions:
If you have a roaming ID that was issued prior to November 3, 2007 and you would like to upgrade to the new version of the client software, follow these instructions.
1. Launch your current Roaming Client by selecting: Start->All Programs->Single Signon Net->ID Tool
If this program is not present, you do not have the old ID Tool installed and do not need to perform these upgrade steps. |
| 2. Login to the Roaming Client. |
| 3. Change your password. Your password can be changed by clicking on the Advanced button and then clicking the Change your password link. Follow the prompts to setup your new password. |
| 4. Exit the Roaming Client. |
5. Download and install the new version of the Roaming Client software by following the installation instructions for your browser:

Installation instructions for Internet Explorer:
| 1. Click here to download the Roaming Client software. |
| 2. When the File Download screen appears, click Run. |
| 3. When the Security Warning screen appears, click Run. |
| 4. Start the installation application and click Next until you arrive at the screen
with the Install button. |
| 5. Click the Install button and then click the Finish button. |
| 6. Enter your Username and Password and then click OK. |
You should now be logged into the Roaming Client.
Your Roaming Certificate is now ready to use! |

Installation instructions for Netscape and Firefox:
| 1. Click here to download the Roaming Client software. |
| 2. When the File Download screen appears, click Save File. |
| 3. Print these instructions and close all Netscape and Firefox windows. |
| 4. Open the file you just downloaded to launch the installation application. |
5. Click Next until you arrive at the screen with the Install button.
Click the checkbox next to:
Install the PKCS11 module for Netscape browser and/or Firefox browser |
| 6. Click the Install button and then click the Finish button. |
| 7. Enter your Username and Password and then click OK. |
You should now be logged into the Roaming Client.
Your Roaming Certificate is now ready to use! |
