Compatibility Check - Enable JavaScript

Before you can begin the registration process for your digital certificate, you will need to enable JavaScript in your browser. Follow the instructions below.

Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.x

1. Choose the Edit menu
2. Select Preferences
3. Click on Advanced
4. Click on the check box beside Enable JavaScript
5. Click OK

Internet Explorer 5/5.5/6.0

1. Choose the Tools menu
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Select the Internet Icon
5. Click the Custom Level.. button
6. Scroll down
7. Under Scripting select the Enable radio button, under Active Scripting

Your browser will now allow you to request or retrieve the certificate.
