Can someone else use my Roaming Certificate if I don't remove it from the computer where I last used it?

No.
Your Roaming Certificate, like any other digital certificate, does not need to be kept secret. Only your private key needs to be kept secret. The copy of your Roaming Certificate that is stored on a computer does not include a copy of your private key.

The certificate, by itself, cannot be used to digitally sign or log in to a web site that requires user authentication. The private key associated with your Roaming Certificate can only be used by logging into the IDTool software with your login information.

It is very important to keep your Roaming Password secret, because it unlocks your private key.
