I just I got a new computer. What do I need to do in order to use my roaming certificate?

You only need to install the Roaming Client ("IDTool" software) onto the new computer, and "login" once.

To download the client, go to http://www.trustdst.com/state/wa/swa-downloads-roaming.html and follow the instructions on the screen.
