	Support > FAQ Library > State of Washington In order to protect the identity of our certificate holders, only the certificate holder should be using their own digital certificate.  Please do not let others use your digital certificate, do not share your passwords or passphrases, or your private key.    What types of State of Washington certificates are available?    How do I determine which level of certificate I want?    What do I do if I forgot my password?    How can I upgrade my digital certificate?    I am receiving a message that says: "Access Denied. The resource you have requested is secured by Transact Washington".  What does that mean, and what do I do?
