market systems. This certificate enables you to authenticate yourself as an employee of a
valid business in online transactions, to gain access to restricted Web sites, and to send and
receive encrypted e-mail communications. To approve your application for a TrustID business
certificate, we will confirm the validity of your organization and its support of your application.

This certificate secures and authenticates a Web or network server using the Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) protocol. To approve your application for a TrustID server certificate, we will confirm the
validity of your organization, its ownership of the domain name you wish to secure, and its
support of your application. TrustID server certificates are standard x.509 v3 SSL certificates
that work with all SSL-capable browsers and servers.
