Karen J. Wendel
Chief Executive Officer

|
Karen J. Wendel, a recognized financial services business leader, has more than 20 years of experience in
financial services, applications development and business management. Her expertise includes international
banking, payments, treasury management and transaction processing. Ms. Wendel also has a track record for
raising capital to bring innovative technology solutions to market. Prior to joining IdenTrust,
Ms. Wendel was the CEO of eFinance Corporation, an applications development company that provides risk
and credit decisioning solutions. She was previously a partner at the Belgium-based consulting firm
The Capital Markets Company (CAPCO) where she led the growth of CAPCO's e-finance practice, including
raising capital and building out the required team and infrastructure to serve global financial
institutions in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to that, Wendel led the U.S. Financial Services
Practice of Gemini Consulting where she managed global accounts and developed service offerings including
transaction processing, electronic commerce, and real-time management. Ms. Wendel is the author of
numerous industry publications and articles on the subjects of cash management, payments and financial
supply chain integration. She has been an advisor to the European Union on emerging technologies for
payments and the keynote speaker at major international banking conferences. She has degrees in Economics
and International Relations from Brigham Young University.

John G Bullard
Global Ambassador

John is the Company’s Global Ambassador and he brings a wealth of experience and insight particularly from the banking and
the end-Customer perspective about what is needed in managing operational risk, including Supply Chain for Corporates,
the Public Sector, and ultimately the Citizen, in the era of the global "Networked Economy".
John has a background of over 20 years in banking - with Barclays in the UK, US (California 1980’s & Wall Street 1990’s),
and Europe & Asia; his responsibilities centered primarily around relationship management for Financial Institutions and
larger Corporates for Barclays - especially in periods of change (eg deregulation in the London markets). From this, he
became Director at Group Operational Risk (eCommerce) at Barclays corporate HQ in London. From this role, John was
selected to join IdenTrust at its original foundation in 1999 as a bank consortium, and has managed much of the worldwide
external-facing issues, as the young enterprise charted its way through its early years. John is based out of London office
with a team focused on successful partnering and collaborative working with Corporates, Governments and Banks as IdenTrust
helps to address their challenges in the e-ID space.

Deborah Fugate
Chief Financial Officer

Debbie Fugate is responsible for the administrative functions at IdenTrust, including Finance and
Human Resources. Previously Vice President of Finance at eFinance, Ms. Fugate brings more than 15 years
experience in finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining eFinance, she worked at Scudder Weisel
Capital where she was responsible for the launch of their online private equity, brokerage, and research
business. She has an extensive background in the banking and financial services sector. At the Capital
Markets Company (CAPCO), her consultancy experience specialized in Internet transactions and payments
processing. Prior to joining CAPCO, she worked at Gemini Consulting in the Financial Services Practice
where she specialized in Strategic Planning, Marketing and Balanced Scorecard. Her career in the
financial services industry started in the banking sector where she worked as a commercial banking
officer and as a consumer loan officer.
Ms. Fugate holds a BA in Economics and Political Science
from Northwestern University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago.

Don Johnson
Chief Information Officer

Don Johnson manages all facets of operations at IdenTrust including Systems, Networks, Security, Software Engineering,
Quality Assurance, and Support. He has over 25 years of experience managing people and large-scale projects and systems.
His experience includes 13 years of public key infrastructure (PKI) technologies, extensive experience in security and disaster
recovery as well as audit and compliance. During this time he has been supporting and maintaining PKI deployments for several
of the world’s largest financial institutions, Government agencies, and corporate clients.
Prior to joining IdenTrust Mr. Johnson had vast experience with project management and systems implementation responsibilities
for Ernst & Young LLP, where he managed numerous multi-million dollar projects for Fortune 100 companies including 3M and Emerson.
He also served as the Vice President of Technical Operations for First Health, the nation’s largest third-party administrator of
healthcare claims and his operations management background includes ten years in the U.S. Air Force where he helped design, develop,
and manage an Air Force wide logistics management computer system.
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems.

Vishvas Patel
Chief Architect and VP of Product

Vishvas Patel oversees the IdenTrust Rule Set and Product Development. Mr. Patel has over 15 years
experience in developing technology-based services and businesses for a variety of industries.
He brings extensive professional services management skills to the table, including experience at
Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Unisys, Answerthink Consulting, and Progressive Solutions.
His experience covers broad areas such as security, PKI, access and encryption projects, including
basic strategy and operations design as well as large scale technology implementations. He has worked
with government sector clients, at both the federal and state levels, and with Fortune 500 corporate clients
leveraging technology, policy, and procedures as foundation for streamlined processes and more efficient
business operation.
Mr. Patel has a BS and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah.

Curtis Jensen
Vice President, Government Sales

|
Curtis Jensen (a.k.a. "CJ") heads up IdenTrust’s Government Sales efforts. He has 21 years of running Government sales programs,
including a previous role as the Global Director of Government Sales for Marriott International where he built their government
business from $30 million in annual sales to $800 million annually and in the process made Marriott the number one lodging provider
to the U.S. Government worldwide. Mr. Jensen carries current security clearances and remains actively involved with the intelligence
community working on classified programs. Mr. Jensen also serves on the Board of Directors for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind and Vet Dogs, both causes provide service dogs to the visually impaired or Iraqi and Afghanistan veterans needing balance, guide, or retrieval assistance. Mr. Jensen holds a degree in Emergency Medical Services Administration from the Medical Arts Institute.

Rama Thamman
Senior Director, Solution Architecture

Ramamoorthy (Rama) Thamman heads the Solution Architecture Division where he is responsible for building innovative solutions to meet
customer needs and manage pre sales activities. Rama has over 13 years of experience in software development, professional services
and technology consulting. His specialization includes implementing PKI based systems, building scalable hosted applications, and
developing Credit Automation solutions for Corporations and Banks. Prior to joining IdenTrust in 2005, Rama was at eFinance Corporation,
a leader in Credit Automation Solution. He led the design and development of a hosted application (SaaS model) for companies in the
equipment rental and leasing arena. Prior to eFinance, Rama was a Professional Services Consultant working with International Paper,
Moen, Prudential, AIG, Fuji Securities and Eli Lilly.
Rama holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and a MBA in Marketing from California State University, East Bay.
