Arun Jain is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Polaris Software Lab Ltd. Arun started the company with just $250 and a dream.
Today, Polaris has annual revenue of over USD 300 million, having 30 Relationship Offices in 16 Countries and 7 Business Solution Centers in India. Polaris has talent strength of over 9,000 solutions architects, technology and domain experts, providing solutions to the banking, financial services and insurance industries.
From the humble beginnings in 1993, Polaris has become a global financial technology corporation under the leadership & vision of Arun.
If you can dream it, you can do it! A strong believer in the power of the "organizational subconscious" and "common destiny", Arun is the architect behind "Lakshya" the annual "visioning" and goal setting exercise of Polaris. Lakshya continues to involve and inspire one and all at Polaris.
Arun's hobby, in his own words, is "Dreaming". He attributes Polaris’ success to the power of alignment at the organizational sub consciousness. He is a voracious reader and enjoys his learnings on anthropology, philosophy, and religion and child psychology. Arun believes strongly in people power and often says, "With committed people you can achieve what most people think is impossible".
Arun founded the Ullas Trust to integrate Polaris employees with larger community and encourage the "Can Do It" spirit in students from Corporation and Government schools. The Trust has awarded over 20,000 scholarships to students in Govt. & Corporation schools in India. The Trust has been awarded "Social and Corporate Governance Award - 2008".
Arun is passionately involved in researching & creating the Learning Architecture for the organization and his vision of Polaris 3.0 is to position Polaris among the top 3 financial technology companies in the world.

Karen J. Wendel
IdenTrust, Chief Executive Officer

Karen J. Wendel, a recognized financial services business leader, has more than 20 years of experience in
financial services, applications development and business management. Her expertise includes international
banking, payments, treasury management and transaction processing. Ms. Wendel also has a track record for
raising capital to bring innovative technology solutions to market.
Prior to joining IdenTrust, Ms. Wendel was the CEO of eFinance Corporation, an applications development
company that provides risk and credit decisioning solutions. She was previously a partner at the
Belgium-based consulting firm The Capital Markets Company (CAPCO) where she led the growth of
CAPCO's e-finance practice, including raising capital and building out the required team and
infrastructure to serve global financial institutions in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to that,
Wendel led the U.S. Financial Services Practice of Gemini Consulting where she managed global accounts
and developed service offerings including transaction processing, electronic commerce, and real-time
management.
Ms. Wendel is the author of numerous industry publications and articles on the subjects of cash management,
payments and financial supply chain integration. She has been an advisor to the European Union on
emerging technologies for payments and the keynote speaker at major international banking conferences.
She has degrees in Economics and International Relations from Brigham Young University.

Doyle Arnold
Vice Chairman and CFO, Zions Bancorporation

Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of the Company; Mr. Arnold was named as chief financial officer
of Zions Bancorporation in November 2001. He was formerly group executive vice president for Corporate
Strategy and Development at BankAmerica Corporation in San Francisco. He has served in a variety of
executive management positions at BankAmerica, and prior to that at Wells Fargo & Company. Mr. Arnold
also served as Senior Deputy Comptroller of the Currency and executive assistant to the Deputy Secretary
of the Treasury during the Reagan Administration. He has also served as chief financial and administrative
officer of Bankserv, Inc., a leading electronic payments company. Mr. Arnold is a graduate of Rice
University, and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Stanford University.
