The IdenTrust Bulk Load process is intended to simplify the purchasing process when registering for 5
or more certificates in a single submission. If purchasing less than 5 certificates in a single
submission, then please use the online registration process.
ACES Business Representative - Online Application
In order to bulk load certificates to IdenTrust, you will need to have a representative from your
company become a Trusted Agent. Instructions for becoming a Trusted Agent are below. From then on,
your Trusted Agent can bulk load certificates in a single submission and receive the discounted price.
Each bulk load must be 5 or more certificates.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BECOME A TRUSTED AGENT
Download Trusted Agent Forms and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Complete the "ACES Appointment as Trusted Agent" form. Take this form to an
officer who can sign on behalf of your organization and represent to IdenTrust that you are
authorized to electronically submit bulk loads and business agreement forms. Return the form to
IdenTrust.

Step 2: Complete "Part I - ACES Business Representative Authorization" form. Take this form to an
officer who can sign on behalf of your organization and represent to IdenTrust that you are a
duly-authorized representative of the organization. Return the form to IdenTrust.

Step 3: Complete "Part II - ACES Notary" form and take it to a licensed Notary. This can be someone
employed by your organization or a financial institution (most banks have notaries on staff)
to verify your identity credentials. Present the Notary with the form and a current valid
driver's license or state issued ID card, and sign the form in the presence of the Notary.
Once the Notary has verified your identity by reviewing and recording the information from
your photo ID card, please make sure the Notary has properly notarized your signature and
affixed his or her raised seal or colored ink stamp to the form.
Finally, record the name and place where you had the form notarized. Keep a copy of all three
forms (ACES Appointment as Trusted Agent, Part I - ACES Business Representative Authorization,
and Part II - ACES Notary) and send the signed originals to IdenTrust.

To help expedite the processing of your digital certificates, please send the Forms via
overnight services to the above address and also include a pre-filled air bill for FedEx,
UPS, DHL or Airborne Express so that we can expedite your Approval Letters back to you.

Step 4:
Apply for your ACES Business Representative - Online Application
When you apply the registration will ask you to print the ACES Business Representative
Agreement Form. You do not need to download and print those forms because they are
part of step 2 of these instructions.

Step 5: Await your "Approval Letter" which will be mailed to you at the address you indicated on the
application. An e-mail notification will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of your
application and upon its approval.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BULK LOADING ACES CERTIFICATES
You must be a Trusted Agent and have your digital certificate in order to bulk load certificates
on behalf of your company. To become a Trusted Agent, please refer to
INSTRUCTIONS TO BECOME A TRUSTED AGENT.
In order to use this bulk load process, you must be requesting 5+ certificates per submission.
Otherwise, you will need to use the standard online registration process.
Download Part III - ACES Trusted Agent Notary Form and Bulk Load Template and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Completely fill out the "Part III - ACES Trusted Agent Notary Form" for each applicant that you
will be submitting using the Bulk Load Template. Download Form - Should this be in a link

Step 2:
Send all completed paper forms by courier to the following address:

Attn: ACES Registration

An e-mail notification will be sent to you immediately upon receipt
of your application and upon approval.

Step 3: Completely fill out each tab on the ACES Business Bulkload Template.

Step 4: Once all tabs and required information are completed, save and name the bulk load template.
|
Step 5: Go to the following URL: www.IdenTrust.com/simplysignit.html
|
Step 6: Follow the simple instructions on submitting your bulk load template to apply for certificates.
|
Step 7: Within a 48 hour business period, you will receive an overnight package with all Approval Letters to distribute to each employee that you listed on your bulk load.

Warning, to protect the identity of ACES certificate holders, only the
certificate holder should be using the digital certificate. Allowing
others to use your certificate through sharing your password, passphrase
or private key weakens the security of the system and presents a
security danger to the certificate holder. Those certificate holders
found to have shared this confidential information will be notified
that their certificates can be revoked.
